STAR is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization.
We are not subsidized by federal or state funding.
Health insurance does not cover the costs of student lessons.
We rely on our community for the support we need to continue offering our services.
A $2,500.00 pledge will cover the cost of maintaining one horse for one year.
A $500.00 donation will enable a student to participate in classes for one year.
$400.00 will cover farrier costs for one horse for a year.
$200.00 will pay for one horse's annual vaccinations.
THINK about it!
How much do you spend stopping for a fast food lunch once a week, or going to a movie every month?
If you round up a group of 10 friends, family members or coworkers, you could sponsor a student for a mere $5.00 p/month each. Supporting a horse would be only about $21.00 a month each.
You can help a very worthwhile cause, stay away from a few unhealthy lunches, and wait to see that movie at home!
