STAR Horses
A job in a therapeutic riding program is a great one for horses who are retired from more active careers, but it can be a challenge.
STAR horses have to cope with everything from a child's temper tantrum to riders blowing bubbles past their noses.
They have to be calm and patient as well as healthy enough to work several hours a week.
We're very grateful that our generous friends loan us their special horses.
